Help WLP Fund Future Services

WLP is still open and serving women every day. We have maintained all three of our core service areas – healthy meals, direct care and advocacy – despite the challenges brought on by COVID-19. Although this pandemic has forced us to temporarily shift to take-out meals, we are still serving over 200 meals each day! We have continued to assist guests with their basic needs – providing toiletries, masks, and other emergency items. To support the needs of our elderly and medically compromised guests, our advocates established a pantry basket delivery program to deliver food and supplies. Your support is vital - please consider making a donation to help us provide these critical services to Boston’s most vulnerable women.

• $2,500 Supports housing stabilization and stops an eviction to prevent homelessness
• $1,000 Sources fresh produce and high-quality food for our Healthy Meals Program
•    $500 Supports pantry basket delivery to elderly and shut-in guests
•    $250 Provides $25 gift cards to 10 women to cover emergency needs like food or medicine
•    $125 Funds Dignity Care – personal hygiene and laundry to help build a women’s self-esteem
