Women Who Give Award

The Women Who Give Award recognizes and honors a woman who embraces the mission of Women’s Lunch Place and supports the advancement of women through leadership and philanthropy. 

We are pleased to honor Maureen Timmons with the 2020 Women Who Give Award. Maureen is the distinguished and innovative Director of Dining Services at Northeastern University and regularly volunteers her talents in the WLP kitchen. She has introduced the groundbreaking Menus of Change initiative to WLP, creating a new vision for our Healthy Meals Program. The integration of key principles and education enrich our menus and our community. Maureen believes deeply in the mission of WLP and is a strong advocate for our guests’ access to healthy and sustainable food choices.
